A red delicious apple drizzled with white chocolate peanut butter and honey.
Ohhh myyy.
I'll tell you a secret about myself.
Research studies, done correctly that is, I have a huge thing for them.
Shuffle a pack of perceptive food society individuals into a laboratory to study
what micro-gadgets terrific foods provide us. It gives me goosebumps.

It's a like a food lovers style Big Bang Theory episode.
Ba zinga.
Here's one of those research studies I adore::
Red Delicious apples have the MOST, (like, many times more than the others), antioxidants AND vitamin C, than any other apple out there. The Northern Spy variety is up there too but I have yet to lay eyes on that one.
Oh, but there's more -
Apples like Fuji, Gala, and Liberty are right behind those two, as far as
'REALLY healthy' goes.
Soo...
Eat up, and don't forget to swallow that peel.
Thanks researchers and Dr./RD - Janet Brill Pin It
