But sometimes people need a refresher. A reminder, if you will.
There was a new study out recently that shows that eating foods like beans, lentils, nuts, quinoa, fruits & vegetables - like green onions, help people lose weight and keep it off, as well as, help to control blood sugar levels best. Not surprised!
To grow your very own green onions:
